MGE Hotels needed to attach the documents of every booking to the PMS, whatever channel they came from. No off-the-shelf tool solved it. We built the module.

Every booking brings documents, and those documents come in different formats depending on the channel or the engine they came from. Someone had to collect the documents, work out which booking they belonged to and attach them by hand in Host.
At the volume MGE Hotels runs, this meant hours of administrative work, delays, and the permanent risk of a booking moving forward incomplete without anyone noticing.
