For sales and groups

A complete history for the next proposal.

Renewing a corporate contract or closing a group that has stayed before should be easier than winning a new client. In practice it is not, because what happened on the last stay is recorded nowhere: the requests, the complaints, what went well.

What is missing in the negotiation

Three things you should be able to check before proposing.

What went wrong last time

Whether there was a complaint, how many, about what and whether they were resolved. Walking into the meeting without this is negotiating blind.

What the group actually asked for

Rooms, meals, schedules and extras end up scattered across email. On the next proposal you ask it all again.

That account’s satisfaction

The hotel’s overall score says nothing about a specific client’s experience, which is what matters at renewal.

What you gain

The account with a memory.

History by guest and booking
Every request, booking and form linked to the person and the stay.
Satisfaction by account
That client’s score, not the hotel average.
Complaints with an outcome
What happened, who handled it and how long it took. Useful to explain, not just to regret.
A hub shared across properties
A request to the group can be answered by whoever is available, mirrored in each brand’s PMS.
Forms and authorisations
Terms and consents signed digitally, findable when the client asks for them.
Welcome call with coverage
Planned contacts versus completed ones, useful for group stays and account clients.

One group request, several properties.

When the request is not for a specific property, today someone forwards email between hotels and waits. With a shared reservations hub, the request comes in once and is worked by whoever is available.

Each closed booking mirrors into the right brand’s PMS, with an audit trail.
