An automated guest journey, without a single front desk.
Apartments in the centre of Lisbon, Porto and Aveiro, for short, medium and long stays, leisure and corporate. With no counter to ask questions at and no key to hand over in person, the experience has to work on its own.
Conversations everywhere, and nobody with the whole picture.
Messages arrived across several channels and the administrative team had no way to follow many guests, in many conversations, in many places at the same time. The result was duplicated effort and slow replies.
With no front desk, everything had to be automated, including sending the access codes for doors, lifts and parking. And managing cleaning did not fit any tool on the market: scattered properties do not have the structure of a traditional hotel.
Five pieces, a single platform.
An end-to-end automated journey
Whether the booking comes from an OTA or from the website, everything converges on the same platform. From confirmation to check-out, each step runs on its own, including the access codes at the exact moment.
One AI per property
It is not a generic chatbot. Each unit has an agent that knows the house and speaks to the guest in the right language, the way that property would speak.
Housekeeping built around the operation
Room attendants and housekeeping supervisors with NFC tag reading and a mobile app on iOS and Android. The tool was built around the real operation, not the other way round.
Satisfaction measured in time to act
The surveys go out over WhatsApp while the guest is still at the property. It stops being a report and becomes real-time crisis management.
Flaggy: sentiment by the second
The agent analyses the sentiment of every conversation and review and alerts the operation in real time. An unhappy guest is flagged there and then, not at the end.
"With Guestdash, we are not the ones adapting to the tool. It is the tool that adapts to the way we work."
An operation under control, with no counter at all.
More than a tool, Nôma Living found a system where communication, access, cleaning and satisfaction live together. Precisely because it has no front desk, it needed everything to work with nobody pushing.
What is working.
Do you run an operation with no front desk?
We show how the journey works when nobody is at the counter.
